You call leave messages they don’t call you back. They have old people that don’t remember anything you say. They can’t communicate well; they need to retire and bring in new people and fire the supervisor in the front office they are totally incompetent and can’t do anything right

I would like to start off by saying that I am a registered nurse therefore when it comes to hospital I try to be as flexible and reasonable as possible. I also understand that because of they type of facility this is people are hesitant to write reviews for privacy reasons however it is my hopes that by reading this review people have a understanding of how this works. Had a consultation with MD Proctor which I found to be a knowledgeable doctor and I like him a lot. It should also be noted that if I based my experience on him solely he would get a 5. The problem is with the office everyone is very nice however it is too disorganized. The answer you get to a questions depends on the day and who is on duty because their is no consistency. Also their scheduling is horrible. Just know they don't schdule around your body by rather your body has to fit into their schedule. Once you have all of your labs and test completed you have to wait for the schedule person to call you. Which can take some time. And while you are waiting on a call back other people are being scheduled so the chances of their being further delay is reality. Then if your MD as in my case times are all filled you can't even go with another Md who has a open slot. Also just know that if you have a MD that cannot fill their schedule and another MD has filled their slots they will go with the Md that has a full schedule. So that's another delay. Even though KP is a health group the Mds do not work together and you have to do an entire new consultation which is a further waste of time. I feel that there is multiple avoidable delays in their process. If you choose to go with this office bring all your patience because you are going to need it and also be aware just cause the MD gives you one month as a start date the reality is that it may not happen. Due to their scheduling practices. It should also be noted that in the very beginning they lost my referral which caused more even more delays. Hopefully this is helpful in helping someone make their decision or just have a better understanding of how their scheduling works. If you are someone who is one a time crunch this is not the office to go with.
