The worst clinic ever wouldn’t recommend your kids to come here

You cannot even be 10 minutes late for your appointment, how is my appointment set for a certain time but because I’m 10 minutes late you already have 3 people in the back, so even if I was on time I would be waiting 30+ minutes because those people were not walk ins they were obviously booked, if you don’t absolutely need to go to this doctors office I would not recommend, took a day off work and everything but because I was ten minutes late I couldn’t be seen or get a doctors note BECAUSE I WASNT SEEN !! GTFOHI understand there are policies in place but you need to let people know those policies when they’re booking they’re appointmentsI really wish I would have read the Google reviews before making my appointment, I thought I was doing something by going to a Hispanic Dr, I’m trying to be proactive and put money back into our communities but this is exactly why we don’t thrive ! You have a service to offer your own people & other minorities and you treat your patients/potential patients like this and push them right back into the hands of other doctors offices, ridiculous 👎🏽

Honestly this is one of the worst practice ever. The phones are always busy. The referral coordinator never answers. I’ve been trying to get a referral for my mother in law for almost 1 month and the person in charge never picks up when the receptionist does answer she just transfers me over the the same voicemail of the coordinator.Honestly if you have another choice go there instead.

One of the worst places in responsiveness. No one answers phone calls for 45 min. Or more, on a lucky day. They never have any open appointments for 3 months. I had Carefirst provided dental plan, the worst ever, and I got assigned this dental clinic. I can't get out of either one.

The lady who is working on appointment line on July 4, 2022 is extremely rude. She hang up a phone on two times. This extremely unacceptable. Sorry for the management who supervise her.
