Incredibly negative psychiatric experience with Ketty Ngona. I would not recommend her to anyone, including people I really, really hate. She was consistently late to virtual appointments, 45 minutes late being the longest. There was also an appointment she didn’t show up for. It was incredibly difficult to get prescriptions refilled or get in touch with her. She prescribed new medications that could have caused dangerous interactions with current medications and did not warn me about that (the pharmacist did) and failed to ask any follow up questions about some medications. At our last appointment, she hung up on me. From the first appointment, I repeatedly asked her about diagnostic screening for autism. It is very obvious to many people with autism and people who have spent a lot of time with people with autism that I am autistic. It took months to get around to it. She repeatedly told me she and the therapist didn’t see any autistic traits in me. If she had allowed me to finish a sentence instead of constantly interrupting and talking over me, she probably would have. She said we needed to deal with my depression, “the root of the problem” as she called it, first. When I tried to tell her undiagnosed autism is the root of the problem and a large part of why I am depressed she wouldn’t stop talking over me and disagreeing. When we finally scheduled the appointment, she didn’t show up. When we rescheduled, they were having technical difficulties so it was a complete waste of my time. The third time we rescheduled, I did not have time due to an emergency. I had enough at this point so I mentioned it would have been more professional to ask follow up questions about all medications she had prescribed. She was very upset about this and hung up on me.

My children are in need of some real counseling. My ex takes our children there just long enough to get meds, never has Dr Ketty talked to the children alone to find out what is really going on with them, because if she did she would know what the truth is, I'm so concerned fir my children, but can't seem to get Maryland to actually get them a real counselor not just one who will listen to what the mother says, and the receptionist flat out lied to me over the phone

Wickedness at its peak! Been begging for my prescription sent, and it has been like a rocket science…I have been trying to get my medication since Wednesday am this guys either hate me and want me to get triggers if they lack empathy
