However on the day of my appointment the receptionist checking me in was clueless and cold. They were supposed to call me before my appointment with cost after insurance (not only something I asked but something the lady on the phone said they do anyways). No call so I thought I was fully covered. After checking in the receptionist told me the ridiculous cost I owed and no help with a payment plan. Fortunately a lady from the back was able to step in and tried to work with me. Unfortunately their “payment plan” wasn’t much of one and I think due to being a small practice they didn’t have any other resources, beside this sketchy number (no business name) that led me to a dial tone.This was an incredibly stressful and difficult appointment for me today and my experience here made it all the more stressful/difficult.
I have been coming to this health clinic for years for a variety of healthcare needs, and have consistently had wonderful experiences. Not only is it a safe space for all who make appointments, but the staff are kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and unbiased. Each service that has been provided to me has been from a medical professional that keeps me informed and comfortable every step of the way with zero complications and for either very little cost, or more often than not, no cost at all. I could not recommend this facility more, whether it be for healthcare services or just compassionate, medical counseling and advice. Our county is lucky to have access to Citizens for Choice.
Thank you for providing your services in this small town. Very comforting and discreet, these people are supportive and non judgmental. Small office with limited services, but there are other locations that offer more services. Great referral when needed.
super friendly and helpful, seems like a small practice. only four stars bc the systems are a little dated (no electronic delivery of results, etc) and you have to go off-site to get bloodwork done

2 years agoThey are awesome, very respectful, super knowledgeable and even though visits to the Dr can be stressful, they make you feel comfortable.
