Castle Dermatology & Laser Center – Greeley

I was seen by Dr. Marcus Webb— he is very kind and friendly. All the other staff are super friendly and helpful as well. It was quick getting in, no long wait time for me, and the doctor spoke to me almost right away. The whole exam process was easy and it was my first time at a dermatologist so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. It was just like going to my primary care doctor. There’s not a ton of advertising for cosmetic procedures which was a nice surprise because even my doctor’s and orthodontist’s offices have a lot of that stuff available that they advertise. Everything is very clean and there’s quality hand sanitizer on every counter. I appreciate this facility and their medical professionalism.

Customer Service is extremely poor. Their only objective is to forward you along their phone tree. Absolutely everyone I spoke with was incapable of answering even simple questions. 0/5 Stars.

I was able to get an appointment promptly. I had one area of concern and Dr found 2 more during exam. Froze off the pre-cancer spots and got me on my way. In and out.

Marcus was really cool easy to talk to .He got me some medication that I needed for my acne and had me in and out within half hour and Walgreens just called me within the hour to pick up my prescription really fast and easy people to work with

Great experience! Friendly staff who were a pleasure to speak with and very helpful! The PA Was on time, caring and understanding and took the time to make sure he addressed every one of my concerns! Highly recommend for all your skin care needs!
