Literally the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered, and I WORK in healthcare. My mom needed an urgent referral of a neuropsych eval due to concerns of early onset dementia. She picked the closest PCP office to her home, which was here. NP was ok, but refused to write a referral and would only order labs. It is not unreasonable given my mom's situation to order labs and the neuropsych eval, but I digress. Today, my mom paid public transit to the hospital to get these labs drawn, which were supposed to be faxed over 2 days ago. She learned these orders were never sent. She called the office, spoke with a David, and David stated they will send them over ASAP. ..1 hour later, still no fax. So I call this office. David again answered, and I asked for a status update on those labs. He said "well unfortunately we are very swamped and that is not on the top of my list, so we will get to it when we can." I stated my mom has been there for over an hour waiting to get labs drawn for something that should have been sent over 2 days ago. He reiterated "I said we would get to it sometime today." At this point I replied "You are aware this should be considered a priority considering it was an error on your end? She is fasting and waiting for these labs." David shot back and said "Mam, you do not get to tell me how to do my job." and he hung up on me. I call the facility back, David again answers, and I asked to speak to his manager. He said he is the manager. I clarified if he was the manager for the office, he said "yes". I ask David who is HIS manager.. he replied "the CEO" and puts me on hold. I get redirected, presumably someone that oversees him, but I get the MA instead. Her name was Samantha. She refused to give me David's name (at this point, I did not know his name), and once I stressed the atrocity of this situation and how it makes us feel like we shouldn't even be coming back, she hung up on me also. At this point I'm shaking due to how poorly this is going when I just wanted this to be a quick 60 second call, their staff decided to take things multiple steps further than it should have. I call a fourth time.. I get in touch with a Randy, who states she is the Executive Assistant there. That is when I learned of the first person's name. She apologized and told me David is "definitely not the office manager" and she will look into the situation. I was supposed to get a call back from HER manager though and I have not. I am looking into options regarding reporting this facility now to the state or the Joint Commission, because I have more concerns that I have yet to note on here, due to liability reasons and the seriousness behind it. To be continued.. PS- David, if you are reading this.. didn't you also falsely impersonate as a manager at Have Mercy across the street from here? Or am I seeing double?

Speaking with the medical personnel is easy and professional; it's after the zoom call when everything goes to shi*. Medications not being sent to your pharmacy consistently is a real problem with this place. After 9 months of problems I'm leaving this office.

Literally the most unprofessional place I have ever been. My doctor left his last practice and encouraged me to follow him here. I followed despite the extra hr drive from GR. Three months in and he just decided to leave the practice one day with no notice. They called me today to explain my visit next week needed to be rescheduled because no doctor would be on staff. They have forgotten to get my scripts called in 2 of my 3 visits. I had to call the office from the pharmacy both times and wait for two hours. I have called the office because I’m having troubles with the generic of a medicine I had been getting for years. Still waiting on a call back. Please spare yourself a huge headache.

I’ve been going through this place over a couple months now for my suboxone and I love this place. They do virtual appointments for those with transportation issues or who live a ways away. I never have a problem with my prescriptions or appointments. Dr Ken is amazing and so helpful and doesn’t make me feel like “just an addict”. It’s nice. The lady who got me started and set up is also amazing. The only thing I don’t like is when I call to talk to a nurse or have a question, they’re almost impossible to get ahold of. And it takes forever to cash back if they do. Other than that it’s a good place to go. I was in two days after my first call and I’ve been good ever since. Thank you guys!

If I could give a 0 I would!! Completely incompitant.first problem was they told my wife they would have her records to the office and a day a week later my wife called back and nobody knew anything about getting her records when we went in there & the paperwork in person. Now that covid is going on they will not return a phone call I've been calling for 3 weeks all I need is refills on my medication, and for the record I'm not one of their Suboxone patient if I was I would have ditched them a long time ago. these people don't give me refills on prescriptions that aren't even narcotics money-hungry practice. Do not go here
