I’ve been going here since July 2023. I’ve received nothing but support from all the staff and nurses. My consular Kelly is very helpful, thorough and helps me overcome every day battles. She not only sees me on scheduled days but any day. Any day I feel I NEED to talk to her I wait and she sees me without question and is there, supportive and gives me all of the resources needed. The entire staff is friendly, informative and helpful. This journey is not one someone should do alone. The support you’ll get from Hamilton treatment services will set you up for success. The hard work starts with YOU, they are just there to help guide you and that they WILL do. Thank you HTS The community needs more clinics like this one.

I’ve been going here for a lil over a year ‘ they change staff very frequently & not for the better.. The front desk Caucasian chick has a major power trip issue & is 9/10 normally ignorant, rude & highly unprofessional. Than, they want you to see your counselor weekly but honestly it’s very pointless because you don’t accomplish anything. Honestly all my positive success is because of me & the doc that I’ve seen 2-3 times. but they love to take credit as if it’s them . In The past year all my counselors have done was try to give me stress coping tactics that weren’t helpful for me with any of my problems I was really stressing over. (Because they don’t actually listen to what you said,& trufully they don’t care)& Lastly you will have a block almost everyday before you can take your medicine weather it be a drug test, seeing your counselor, paperwork, peer session ,& then you’ll get one free day & repeat the process over & over.Realistically your nothing but another number to them, so my advice to anyone would be to get in & get out & don’t stay long enough to get addicted to the medicine OR better yet go to your PRIMARY DOCTOR in the first place!

I love my clinic and I love my counselor Tina she is the best I’ve ever had she’s passionate about other’s and what’s going on in their lives and is quick to help when she can ! You guys are the best!

DO NOT GO HERE.. THE STAFF IS THE WORST and more importantly they clearly dont want anyone succeding. I have been a patient for a LONG time. I was on phase 3 and getting a weeks worth of take homes...I had the HORRIBLE misfortune of my vehicle being robbed...between picking up my take homes and getting them home. This clinic decided that i (the victim,) should be punished... they decided to take my bottles and now im back down to phase 1.. going daily again... EVEN THOUGH I WAS ROBBED.. call a private doctor and get on subutex or suboxone.. DO NOT GO HERE, If u do need methadone... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. the staff here is on a high horse ive been to a few clinics and these guys(the staff) are the WORST..

Super clean, modern facility! The Staff is hella nice! I definitely recommend Hamilton Treatment Services if you are looking for a clinic that is in a nice area, clean, never crowded, modern dosing system and very professional!
