Their payee service sucks. I was close to getting evicted because they refused to give Section 8 a rent receipt! Its IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them and they will NOT let you in their office when you've spent 2 hours getting there by bus. DONT USE THEM

I appreciate the services offered at TLC. They offer a wide range of mental health and chemical dependency services. I was in residential and now receive outpatient. People forget on these reviews that it's ultimately up to the individual to accept the treatment. You get out what you put in. I have felt nothing but support for over 2 years now. Great place.

This company is useless. Ive been a client for about 4 months now, after leaving the agency for a couple years, and have never seen a doctor and saw a therapist one time before she quit the agency. I remain unmedicated and have yet to have anything really positive come out of my experience. My case manager doesnt do anything except stare awkwardly. They just don't help like they used to. I would recommend finding a different mental health facility.
