I visited Hamilton Physio and Rehab for my hip pain. I was unable to stand property at my first day. I got few sessions every week from Abhay and Kamiya. If I could give 0 stars - I would.I had a very disappointing experience with Hamilton Physio and would not recommend this clinic based on several issues I encountered. First, their customer service is subpar. The staff lacks friendliness and professionalism, with a noticeable sense of unease or discomfort that left me feeling unwelcome. It’s clear that communication within the organization is poor, as they routinely cancel or reschedule appointments with little notice—sometimes only days, or even weeks, in advance.On one occasion, an appointment was canceled because of a staff member's personal emergency (unfortunate, but understandable), yet the entire week's schedule was disrupted, and there was no indication of a solution or support for the staff to manage this in a more customer-friendly manner. This lack of consideration for clients is disappointing, as it shows a complete disregard for maintaining commitments or providing any reassurance to patients.Additionally, they ask for payment upfront, which feels off-putting given their lack of reliability. When you couple that with the inconsistency of appointments and the overall unprofessional atmosphere, it makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this clinic.In short, Hamilton Physio is unreliable, rude, and lacks transparency, leaving me with a negative impression. If you’re looking for consistent, caring, and professional physiotherapy services, I’d recommend finding another clinic.

I have been visiting this rehab center since my injury on October 23rd. This has been a great experience and the people here are friendly and respectful. Namely, Ayushi and Khyati always welcoming me in with warm welcomes and making sure I am taught all I needed to know to heal my ankle properly. Also, guiding me through how to do them properly. I would definitely recommend you come here. if you find yourself needing services like theirs.

Visited the office with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Ayushi and Khyati were very thorough in explaining why I had my symptoms and providing excellent care including laser, massage, exercises and providing printed exercises to do at home. Valuable tests were done at beginning and end to test grip strength and wrist strength. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care
