I couldn't be happier with the care both my parents receive at this facility. The staff are so caring and attentive. They are friendly and warm not only to residents but to families. No matter what the residents ability or disability is they ensure everyone feels included in all that goes on.The rooms and the entire facility is so clean and maintained beautifully! I can sleep at night knowing my parents are in excellent hands! Special Kudos to the staff on Aspen!
My sister was admitted 2 months ago & she's received good care. We just had the post 6 week admission mtg. & the staff showed compassion & willingness to improve her stay there. They listened to our input & acted on it.
I had worked in other places as a PSW here in Hamilton, but I can tell you that St Peter’s is by far the best, all the workers really care about the residents! All of them take their time with them, I saw the working, and they are so amazing! And also... Probably the most important thing is that Thrive Group really cares for us, the workers! I am more than amazed about how much they care for us, it is really an amazing place to work!
Nursing stations, when called, in between meal times are very very helpful and caring to assist us with connecting, with our friends and family members. When I asked nursing station to help my friend with her new cell phone. They go right away and turn up the volume button, so my friend can receive my call. 👍 👌 Alright! Ty Chedoke for great care of residents.
