Hancock VA Clinic

I really like Dr. Helman. She's wonderful and definitely the motivation for writing a review. I have a tendency to have some social anxiety around people in general, but Dr. Helman is one of those people that put me completely at ease. The staff at Hancock VA have been very good as well. Intake nurses have been excellent, phlebotomy staff have been good, and reception/office staff are also very good. I've also been very happy with non-VA community care that I received through referrals from Hancock VA. Iron Mountain appointment scheduling system also deserves a shout for meeting all my needs and expectations. THANK YOU for caring for our community veterans!!

I'm beyond grateful for the people at this clinic. They really care about their patients. The doctors and staff are very helpful and organized. They really go above and beyond. If there is an award for best VA clinic, they should definitely be the ones the receive that award.

This CBOC is one of the finest care centers. Very fast instant messaging, waiting time held low, and outstanding and beautiful receptionists. The nurses and staff are also just as great especially the blood drawers.

I was very impressed. My husband and I are visiting from MN and he is having some medical issues so I called and Karen, the travel benefits coordinator, was very helpful and patient and gave me good information.

I wish the VA system cared as much as the people that work here do. They are here for me, and help me the best they can. The system is flawed in my opinion, but these people are amazing.
