Dr. John Cho has all the qualities you would hope for in Doctor. His treatment of my throat infection was timely and urgent, he never downplayed any of my complaints or symptoms, his examinations and tests were thorough, and his patient after-care really made me feel taken care of past the point of the doctor visit. He is kind and easy to talk to, while also maintaining a professional level of expertise in his field. I highly recommend anyone with ear, nose, or throat issues to see Dr. John Cho.
Very professional and competent. This guy is easy to talk to and knows what he is talking about. I was able to get seen on short notice for a mysterious ear problem and Dr John sorted it out quickly and sent me on my way with a clean ear and some antibiotic drops. Hopefully I never need to, but if so I will definitely go to him again.
Dr. Cho is an exceptional doctor. He and his staff are thoughtful, kind and very friendly. I presented with some concern for an ear that wouldn't drain after repeated free-diving to depths below 20ft. The issue had been apparent for a few days. Dr. Cho thoughtfully listened to my explanation and concerns before examining me. His consideration gave me more confidence that he understood my issue. After an examination, he provided a diagnosis in a way that was easy for me to understand. Thankfully, my issue was easily solved and Dr. Cho provided clear instructions on how to care for and prevent it in the future. I am very thankful for Dr. Cho, his staff and their professionalism. I suggest anyone searching for an ENT to consider Dr. Cho first!
