Dr. Gutierrez is absolutely fantastic! His expertise and gentle approach made my dental visit a breeze. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist.

i don't even know where to start with this place. The last time I visited was two years ago, and everything was fine back then. This time, I had to visit again, and the first person I encountered was the medical receptionist. She has some attitude problems; instead of a warm smile, she gives you this attitude like, 'Why are you even here?' So rude and impolite. And don't even get me started on the waiting hours. I get it, it's community service and everyone goes there for a checkup, but trust me, when I checked, there were fewer people before, and they still made me wait outside for 1 hour and then inside for 2 hours 30 minutes. trust me the whole management in ibn sucks. they need to update theirs doctors and nurses . Goodluck if anyone wants to go visit this place .

Doctor Juliet Obi is very very rude I wouldn't go back to her if I had covid the flu and pneumonia and she was the last doctor on earth I'd take my chances! The was she spoke to me and the disrespect she displayed not only in front of my but the nurse and clinic manager was unbelievable! I was proud of myself for not cursing her out or kicking her in her disrespectful mouth!!! However flora and the manager were absolutely sweet they apologized for the way she acted and even helped me and answered my questions and sent me to the Wilcrest location! I will never go back ever and I don't recommend them to anyone as long as she is a doctor there! She diagnosed me wrong and I said something about it and I feel like that is why she had a issue with me but idc u are my doctor I should be able to talk to u about things when I feel they are wrong but her nappy head ass never has to worry about me and my family ever coming back there she is beyond disrespectful and I wish Dr Patel was there to witness the disrespect in her office smh!!!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. My father was treated in this clinic & was diagnosed with “flu” because he had flu like symptoms even though his test was negative. A elderly person with a horrible cough and clearly had chest congestion and was wheezing, had no proper treatment. Within 12 hrs of leaving this place his symptoms worsened & we had to rush to the ER & find out he never had flu and instead he had pneumonia and we were told he should had been transferred to the ER when visiting the clinic. Due to the advancement of the pneumonia my father passed away. The visit was rushed, they didn’t seem to care to make sure he was ok. Due to the incorrect diagnosis & treatment, he’s no longer here .PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !

In particular, I want to highlight Dr. Gutiérrez, who made a significant difference in my experience. I’ve always been very anxious about dental procedures, and even a cleaning used to terrify me. However, Dr. Gutiérrez, along with his assistant Nea, showed exceptional patience and understanding.Dr. Gutiérrez’s gentle touch and skillful approach were truly remarkable. His ability to perform the procedures with such a delicate hand made a huge difference, especially since I had all three of my wisdom teeth extracted at once, including one that was particularly complicated. Nea was crucial in helping me stay calm and supported me through the anesthesia process, which caused me a lot of panic due to the needles. Her support was essential for me to trust Dr. Gutiérrez with the extractions, and I don’t regret it at all!I feel very well after the procedure; I haven’t experienced any pain and have been able to sleep through the night. The medications prescribed have effectively managed the pain. Many people are surprised at how calm I am after the extraction of all three wisdom teeth, including the particularly challenging one. I am very grateful to Dr. Gutiérrez and his team for their professionalism, the gentle care, and for making this experience much more manageable than I expected.Highly recommended!
