3 weeks agoGreat on helping to receive financial aid to have services done at the clinic. However, the administrative staff is a joke. They consistently lie to you. Instead of being honest. If you don’t know say that! Don’t lie! And legacy do not respond to my post because I will not contact the compliance department because I’ve contacted them multiple times and nothing is ever done.

a month agoLegacy has been helping me manage my diabetes for years. They can charge you on a sliding scale, based on your income. The Montrose location is a nice building. Dr. Bahn is a great doctor.

a month agoOn December 12, 2024, I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Darlinda Minor scheduled for 8:00 AM. The purpose of this visit was to establish care after my previous provider left the practice.Dr. Minor joined the call 9 minutes late. When she greeted me, I politely addressed the tardiness, saying, “Hey, so going forward I’d like my time to be respected. You are 9 minutes late, and I’m a person that believes in being on time.” Instead of acknowledging or apologizing for being late, Dr. Minor responded defensively, saying punctuality likely wouldn’t happen and suggesting that I transfer to another provider.I felt confused and dismissed by her response, but I stood my ground, emphasizing the importance of respecting appointment times. She remained firm in her stance, and we eventually moved on to the standard questions required for the appointment. After this, Dr. Minor brought up the idea of transferring care again, this time in a tone that felt antagonistic. I asked why transferring was necessary, and she stated that she would never be on time for appointments. She then offered to schedule another appointment under her name, adding that I could find care elsewhere and cancel if needed. Reluctantly, I agreed. As the appointment wrapped up, I expressed that I felt disrespected and upset by how I was being treated. I explained that I didn’t understand why advocating for punctuality was being dismissed as unreasonable. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Minor interrupted me, calling me “delusional and disrespectful.”I was shocked and deeply hurt. I asked for clarification: “Did you just call me delusional? This is a mental health appointment.” She confirmed, “I sure did,” and immediately disconnected the call.I felt humiliated, disrespected, and emotionally unsupported. This was a mental health appointment, and instead of feeling cared for, I was dismissed, ridiculed, and called names. Is this how doctors are supposed to treat patients who are simply asking for basic respect?

5 months agoSome people are nice ( like my doctor) and I like how the parking lot is easy to access - also it's always clean inside : ) however legacy's system here isn't as great because it would notify on the health portal about me needing to pay extra. Come to find out that's due to a certain doctor that my insurance isn't in connection with because they no longer work there - which was set as a temporary PCP (and has been accepted for a while). Until I had an appointment one day and they told me at last minute when I was already there, in person. So I just went ahead and rescheduled it. They should be telling us ahead of time, so we don't waste time, energy, effort etc. Also, the physician staff/assistant sometimes would seem so busy, rush around, very demanding seeing that I need time to catch up, and had an attitude.
