Had a very sick 2 year old who couldn't stop vomiting. The care team was amazing with him and even stayed late to ensure the meds were going to work. They were very gentle with him and he received very compassionate and thorough care. Highly recommend.

10/10 DO NOT recommend Dr. Micheal Wen at Dayton Childrens Huber Heighst Urgent Care. My 2 year old son had a fever , no appetite and his ears hurt. Dr. Wen said they were “congested” and proceeded to say his ear pulling was a “behavioral issue”. When I did not agree he said “well you can look at his ears yourself “. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so called doctor.

We’ve been here a few times and always try to make an appointment or check in online. We’re typically seen relatively quickly and test results come back quick too. The providers we’ve seen have been very helpful and kind, and I’m glad this facility is close to our home!

They were so fast and communicative. Listened to my concerns, asked great follow up questions, explained reasons on what testing may help figure out why we were there. Every person we interacted with was so kind, caring, and thorough.

The medical assistant swabbed my son’s throat and did it way too aggressively. I’ve swabbed him before and been swabbed by other nurses and there’s no reason to make a child cry as hard as he did after what should be a tickle on the tonsil.
