Select Physical Therapy – Huntington Beach

My therapist, T (Tammana), prescribed me a lot of great creative exercises and stretches to improve my back pain. If something was too easy, she would introduce new progressions that increased the difficulty so that I could continue progressing and building strength. She was able to adapt workouts for the equipment I had on hand in my home. Thank you T!

I was doing 6 sessions with Tamana Mahadik and I am very please with the results. The pain I experienced in my armpit went away due to the exercise and stretching complex given to me which I was doing under Tamana’s constant supervision. I would like to say special thank you to the team of Select Physical Therapy who were always so kind to accommodate my schedule needs. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Knee ACL/Meniscus RepairThe staff at Select PT has been first rate! The therapists and front desk staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had knee surgery at the end of January 2024 in a workers comp. situation and have been going about 2 times a week for the past 6 months. I’ve observed the staff work with many patients as I work my sessions and they always are attentive, friendly and professional. “T” has been the therapist that I’ve worked with the most, but I was able to work with each of the therapists in the office at least once. I felt comfortable and challenged by all. “T” always listened to me and adjusted sessions as needed. She developed appropriate and challenging sessions that have brought me to a comfortable place in my recovery. I would highly recommend the HB Select Therapy office for all of your PT needs.

I had two knee replacements a few months ago. My physical therapy was hell at the first organization. The experience was terrible, so I fired them and signed up with Select! There I found Darcy! Another outstanding therapist was Sam.She's incredible. She listens well and really cares, knowing when to push hard and ease up.My physical therapy is complete now, and I have full range of motion! “T” is a great PT. Knowledgeable, listens. She formulates a plan based on your feedback and adds and tweaks as necessary. She watches to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Select, in general, is an excellent facility because their therapist work with you one on one.
