Excellent experience. Very welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful staff from the moment I stepped in the door. Wait time was very short before I was in the process to see the doctor.
Dr. Kreitzer was very friendly and professional with a great bedside manner and very personable, he listened to my concerns and answered my questions with no hesitation. His exam of my issue was very thorough and he was quick to come up with an action plan to find the root cause of my problem. My overall experience was great. I highly recommend Mountain State Medical Specialties!
The entire staff was very personable. Dr. Kreitzer was very knowledgeable an talked to me about any concerns. I never felt rushed, and he answered my questions. I would highly recommend this office.
I am very pleased with this office on all levels. I had a horrible outbreak of poison ivy and stopped in without an appointment. They took me in immediately, and I was out of there within an hour, prescription called in and some samples given to help.
I am always impressed with their kindness, efficiency, and knowledge…. Thankful for them 👍 💯
Love Dr. Kreitzer,Jackie McCarty,Emily Gibson and the entire staff at Mt.State. I used to see them in South Charleston and when they moved, I followed. Good doctors are hard to find these days. Especially ones that actually listen to you and talk to you not “at” you. The girl that drew my blood with Quest was also very skilled and kind. Thanks for running a top notch office Dr. Kreitzer.
I seen Jackie MicCarty and I was very pleased! She is a very beautiful nice lady and was very helpful with my suspicious bumps. I will continue to see her for years to come and take my children and grandchildren to see her as well. She is wonderful with kids and really knows how to keep them calm! 10/10 recommend miss Jackie
