2 months agoI booked this appt 1 month ago. Very anxious to go, I arrive at my booked appt and the front desk ladies are extremely useless. Overall, I used ZocDoc to book the appt and I was “suppose to fill out” paperwork that was sent to me. I look at my emails daily, I didn’t get that paperwork, and that’s it they cannot see me for my appt. I came in 20 minutes early just to be considerate of paperwork time. Please work on better scheduling, updating your computers, and more helpful staff. Now I’m more anxious and that’s unfair.
