4 months agoI have been seeing Ryan for about 3 months for PT and have been very happy with the progress I’ve been able to make under his care. Ryan takes time to listen and truly understand the pain and limitations, and develops a personalized treatment plan. He is thoughtful and attentive. Prior to starting PT either Ryan I had been to other PT clinics for the same problem but saw no progress. Working with Ryan had truly changed my mobility and strength. He’s the best!

4 months agoI love this place! After experiencing an extreme shoulder & lower back pain, I started to work with Ryan Coyle a couple months ago. He is EXCEPTIONAL!!! His massage & stretching techniques are very helpful and bring an instant pain relief. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers variety of exercises that help to rebuild my strength. Ryan is very professional, respectful and always listens to my needs. In addition, the stuff is very nice and always helpful!

4 months agoI came to CNSO post-op for PT and I have been working with Ryan Coyle, PT, DPT in the Jersey City office since Spring. He is compassionate, caring and responsive. He pushes me to meet my goals and even though I grumble, I appreciate the motivation and give it my all. I’m stronger, more stable and more confident in my gait through his assistance. I’m extremely satisfied with his services and would recommend him.I would also like to commend the staff for their always-friendly and professional demeanor. It’s difficult undergoing so many weeks of PT but they’re always accommodating, upbeat and helpful.

3 months agoI have been dealing with CNSO in Jersey City for months now. I was seeing a physical therapist there and it was helping. However, the messiness of this office is a joke. Not only did the physical therapist leave and the office didn't tell us a single thing, canceling all of our appointments without even giving us a warning – leading me to have to go to another clinic, they grossly mishandled all communication. When they say they will get an authorization from their insurance, they don't call. When you follow up, they don't have an answer. After the physical therapist left, he texted me on my personal phone number asking if I wanted to pay for his private services. How unprofessional.I will say that Dr. Slavin the neurosurgeon is a very kind and thoughtful Dr who takes the time to answer all of your questions.I left my original review below (the PT itself was good. The office is horrible):After finding out that I have a pars fracture in my spine and spondylolisthesis, I started physical therapy for six weeks with Ryan Coyle DPT at CNSO. Incredibly attentive, super smart about the body and how it works, and encouraging. He's just as much about building confidence and reducing fear as he is about teaching you very specific exercises. In four weeks I've seen a marked change in both my mobility and pain levels. I've been doing my exercises at home as well and modifying my lifestyle. He's giving me lots of different ideas for things I can do at home and in the pool, too. Recommended!!!Updated: THE DAY I left this review was apparently his last day there.CNSO didn't tell patients he was leaving, no other PT was hired, and I'm still waiting until they find someone - or else I have to travel to other locations for my required 6 weeks of PT. Very poorly managed, zero transparency for patients.

5 months agoI needed a time sensitive document signed and Sara in the Jersey City office was on point. She is kind, respectful, patient, delightful and very professional. I was in so much pain, but Sara made it possible for me to get my task done with ease. It really warms my heart to know that someone other than family/friends have your back. Sara Rocks!!!!
