    It's takes almost 2 weeks for them to send a refill script to the pharmacy! ( And that's if you call EVERY day and remind them) Meanwhile you are sitting around suffering without your medications! This is unfair and it's as simple as going on the computer and pushing a few buttons. It's really crazy to be honest!!

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 2 months for my first appointment and was cancelled on by the office 2 days before my appointment time. Don’t waste your time if you’re a new patient. Whatever dental administrator in charge of this office is extremely awful.

    I have no idea how the Kingston office is still in business. Called to book a dents appointment - was told to just go somewhere else. Called back and was booked out 2 months. Got a call reminder for the wrong time because someone messed up my appointment. Called back to reschedule to the correct time. Was called the day after to reschedule because “the doctor isn’t coming in the office” but you can only come in if you’re having pain and they could reschedule me for a month out. You guys are the worst company I’ve ever ever ever gone to appointments for. 0 help from the staff for accommodating for waiting several months. Good luck, you’ll need it.

    How can you be caller 0 with a wait time of 0 minutes and still wait 5 mins to talk to someone phone service when calling is unacceptable

    So, I bring patients to this hospital all the time... there have been a couple times I have been late with these patients and they have made us wait.. which is understandable... but now it almost seems like they are punishing patients for being late.. I have this one particular patient.. that has been late about 4 times now, 1st time it was a half hour late we got there and they made us wait a hour, I get that.. so we waited... same patient, we were about 20 minutes late, they made him wait 45 minutes.. same patient, about 15 min late, made us wait about a hour and a half.. same patient today.. they made us wait 3 hours for being 10 minutes late..n we are not from around here any hospital I have ever been to has always worked with the patients if they were less then 15 minutes late.. what is going on? Is it okay to punish patients like this? Especially if they are relying on rides and their ride has to wait 3 hours... I had other rides I had to give today and now I lost out on that money.. i am very upset and completely disgusted that they would treat their patients this way. And this is not the only patient they have done this to.. there has been about 3 I have noticed a pattern... what can be done? It isn't my fault we are late but it doesn't matter why we are late isn't there ANY leeway time for the patients of this hospital that come from a hour away? I am thoroughly upset and disgusted. I really wish they would work that out.. give patients like 10 to 15 minute leeway time... because honestly now my whole day is shot because of 10 minutes ? Really?
