Northeast Otolaryngology

To start off this office helped me from the time I called in with my problem to the time I left the door. I wear two hearing aids and I especially have to have them for work due to dealing with the public. Both my hearing aids were down not knowing whether I was going to have them repaired in the office or have to order all new ones I wasn't feeling very well thinking that I was going to have to spend that much money again on hearing aids. Stacy was not in the office this day and Ann was beyond helpful even though I didn't have a schedule appointment and she is not my normal audiologist, she was very patient and kind at looking at my hearing aids and being able to fix both of them with a small charge not having to buy new hearing aids. She went beyond helping me by showing me what she was doing to them. Then as I was leaving the front desk is always so pleasant and very kind thank you everyone for quickly helping me out.
