We have been trying to get something figured out about symptoms that my grandmother has been suffering from for literally over a year now! We were finally referred to Dr. Ball. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, pleasant experience with her! She knew exactly what she was doing, she did it quickly, thoroughly, and answered every question that we had without hesitation, and at the same time, we did not feel rushed. She helped my grandma to stand when we were leaving, and for the first time we felt like we were leaving somewhere with answers. I don't know what the negative reviews are about, because, our experience with her was absolutely fantastic!

I’ve had my children into see Dr. Ball various times. She’s performed 3 surgeries on my children and has been excellent each time. Scheduling can be a challenge because she splits her clinic and surgeries between Kokomo and Carmel, so it’s to be expected that she has limited availability, but nothing extraordinary, we’ve always been scheduled within a reasonable time frame. I’d recommend her to any one. We are extremely pleased with her care and bedside manner.

Dr. Ball's practice in Kokomo gets an unsatisfactory rating from me because it is difficult to see her. During February of 2018, I had an infected and bleeding ear canal, yet I was scheduled out a month to see her. Her bedside manner and skill level is good. Her Kokomo office is well equip. If you have a chronic issue and can accept the long schedule, she is good. If you have pain, go find a different doctor.

She did a wonderful job, my 3 year old is not having ear infection anymore thanks to her putting tubes in his ears. Surgery when amazing and fast. All around a great staff!

Dr. Ball and her staff are amazing. She is so sweet and has a great personality. Her assistant, Brandon, was an extremely helpful liaison and was always prompt in returning emails and phone calls.
