When your child needs surgery, it’s like time stops. You worry, you hope, and you pray. But from the first time we walked into Dr. Burnstein’s office, we felt something different—a real sense of calm. The staff felt like old friends, laughing along with me when I accidentally hung up. They were patient, kind, and most importantly, they helped my family navigate this day in such a thoughtful and reassuring way. We were really nervous even if we didnt show it. She’s doing wonderfully now, and everything went well.

Dr. Mallen and the whole staff here is truly incredible!!! I have been seeing ENT’s my whole life for inner ear and sinus issues, and I can tell you that their compassion, professionalism, care, and expertise is truly a level above. Nothing but wonderful things to say!!! Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff who got us in very quickly. We saw Dr Mallen who was great with my 4 year old. He explained everything and was really great to work with
Dr. Mallen was absolutely amazing with my nervous toddler. He took the time to get to know her and calmed her nerves immediately. The highlight of her visit was that he let her pick music to listen to while she was there! We would definitely recommend Dr. Mallen to anyone with a toddler.
