I would suggest going somewhere else. Four appointments later and my son is still having the same issue. His doctor's nurse couldn't even be bothered to call us back like she was supposed to. I will be bringing my son somewhere else as he clearly can't get the help needed there.
The staff was willing to help me with getting meds. that my insurance covers. My appointment times are usually on schedule. It seems that somehow something often needs corrected in my files, contact, address info. or something similar. The Dr's. I deal with are pleasant and not afraid to admit that they don't know an answer; but willing to find it.
One of my sons needed stitches, it was a relief when doctor taught me to wash wounds out with water for about 10 min that even soap kills our bodies natural healing properties. The dr was thurough explained everything to my son throughout the procedure. They also didn't just write prescriptions to "be safe" they advised to keep it clean & dry & watch it. If signs of infection showed up to go back. So far everything is healing properly. 150% satisfied! The nurse & doctor were professional, polite and cared about my son's wellbeing.
Set my father up with a primary care doc. Customer service with Kayla at registration was smooth, caring and friendly. If needed, I anticipate efficient and effective care will be delivered.
Clinic set me up to arrive at 7:30 for X-rays, they did not arrive until 8 to start the procedure. After they arrived, things moved quickly and professionally
