Receptionist states, they won't allow a cash paid appointment, was told they require insurance and a referral. Thanks, looks like I go on suffering in silence, hope their karma cathes up to all of them sooner than later.
I didn't actually manage to get an appointment here, so I'm not sure how the actual doctors and treatments are.However, for those that are looking to get an appointment here, a referral and positive ANA and ENA panel aren't enough, and they have you do additional labs just to even consider you. It takes about 3-4 weeks for them to review all your labs. They don't call or email to tell you if you've been rejected or not, so I had to call.
My phone reception was pretty bad so I didn't hear exactly why I wasn't accepted, but basically they told me to go somewhere else.
It would've been nice to have an automated email or call or something to tell me that, instead of making me wonder if I would ever be contacted back.There aren't many places in Northern Utah that accept my insurance, so hopefully I'll have better luck somewhere else!

Spoke with a woman in scheduling/front desk.Been going back and forth with this clinic and my dr who referred me. It’s been three weeks of my dr sending in my results and this office told me they received my labs. They told me to give the dr a week to review them. A week later I hear nothing and I call this morning met with someone who could care less to help me with the situation telling me they did not receive the labs. So back to where I started . This has been extremely frustrating the front desk had a very sarcastic and rude attitude. I asked for any solutions offered ideas and was met with yeah we are waiting soooo….. a little unprofessional. I now have to find another location and go through another waiting period. My health is important to me and it’s very frustrating that I’m met with this type of interaction. No sympathy at all from this clinic the woman I spoke to treated me as if I was lying. She could care less that i am in this situation. I was lied to several times. Also just confirmed with my dr they faxed them over several times and emailed.
My appointment was fine and the doctor was good as well. However, I got blood work done to determine which autoimmune disorder I have two months ago and they have not contacted me with results or what to do next. I’ve called multiple times asking for results and nothing has come from it. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement.Edit: two hours after I posted this, I got a phone call with my results. Take that for what it’s worth.
I think Dr. Darley is a great Rheumatologist. He listens to my concerns. The wait is a little long but they work with me doing some of my office visits over telehealth so I don't have to travel so much.
