I was only going to use Lindsay as a temporary clinic because I wanted to get ok the treatment as quickly as possible and there were no doctors available at the Newmarket and oshawa treatment clinic for example. The Lindsay location is so amazing that I would rather drive a couple extra minutes. Staff is amazing. Even though we learn that everything is confidential, it is hard not to talk to others there because we are all the same there!

Most of the staff are good and helpful, but tend to be a little forgetful. I’ve had more then one incident when they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy and then left me without my meds. Dr konyer clearly has to many painents to see as he routinely messes up dates and forgets vital info.

OATC Lindsay, what can I say? When I first started I was concerned about who would know I was there I was embarrassed that this addiction happened to me. I can honestly say your secret is safe with u as long as u don’t run into someone u know, in that case they are there to. As long as u are polite, wait your turn it’s a very quick experience. The staff is great, dr konyer is a warm, soft spoken, concerned dr. If u do the program the way it’s supposed to work , by that I mean stop taking all of the other drugs and just take methadone your life changes. When I started this program I was really serious about making a change in my life. I stopped hanging around the same people and if those people went to the clinic as well, I chose to come To the clinic when I knew that I knew that they would not be there even if that meant going to clinic at 7am. I found this help. It was half the problem solved and allowed me to concentrate on getting clean. OATC will treat you with respect, warmth and kindness. Give it a shot, what do u have to lose?

Ive allways have had a pleasant experience with the staff. Very private and respectful of ur needs.
