7 months agoI cannot say enough good things about Grace Surgical Hospital and the extraordinary care that I received there when I had total knee replacement surgery on July 1. I wish that I could remember every name, but I want to mention Michele, Devin, Tessa, Nikki, and Maris. Also Bret, the colorful physical therapist who was so good, and of course my wonderful surgeon, Dr Jordan Simpson, and PA Tyler Branham. The kindness, care, and professionalism that I was shown made me want to stay for a week—and even the food was delicious!

3 months agoNeeded MRI on knee… text advised 10:30 but when arrived at 10:15 so I would not be late they advised appt really at 11. They finally got me in at 11:25. The pain was unbearable when I said I could wait in vehicle the young man was very rude and said MRI take a long time. Ridiculous customer service. So disappointed!

9 months agoI had a quick routine surgery here and had a great experience! Every staff member at this hospital was informative and so kind! It really helps ease any nervousness when you have amazing professionals caring for you like they do here.

a year agoMom had surgery at Grace Surgical in early 2024 and she had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful to her and our family - cannot say enough good things about the caregivers! Highly recommend!!

a year agoThe greatest doctors & staff in West Texas. Concerned personal customer service. We cannot pick a special employee because they are all special employees beyond belief. Next 5 star is the restaurant chefs and staff. They do not produce “hospital” food or short cut customer service. They all are great people for people during some most difficult times! Thanks again special Grace Surgical Hospital Team!!!!!
