My daughter's PCP recommended Dr. Hidalgo and I was very pleased. Him and his staff are so nice and very helpful. Whatever I needed for my daughter they made sure I received it. Although I am glad my daughter is healed I will miss them. Usually I love the doctor and the office staff are not very accommodating. Well, in this instance I love the staff and the doctor. I think other doctor's offices should visit this office and take notes on how to provide good customer service. Thank you all for all you did in my daughter's healing process!!!!
Went there for 3 yrs for bed sores and suffered infection the whole time. At first had to argue with doctor about infection,after months and months he finally ran cultures and than it was off and on with infection causing bone infection after while. Got that taken of and infection came right back,more arguments bout infection cause me to seek other doctor,and after years of" Debreing the new doctor for wound vac foam that had been there for year and a half and other packing stuff! The man refused to take any of my complaints seriously!
AMAZING! Staff was professional, and kind. Dr Hidalgo and medical team was EXCEPTIONAL. Dreading the need to see them, initially. However, they blew me away. They turned my wound around in two weeks after I dealt with it for months. So impressive, top to bottom. Thanks y’all! Marcus.
The staff and nurses are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Hidalgo takes his time to answer any questions you or your family may have about the wound care. He actively tries to heal the wound and get the patient back to their healthy self as fast as possible. He and his staff truly care and are always there to help.
What an amazing group of caregivers and medical staff. The Doc was so informative and spoke in laymen’s terms so I got what he was saying. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for wound care. Great job guys.
