Dr. Hoffman is amazing. His caring attitude is evident in every interaction I have had with him. He takes his time , he listens to you and you never feel rushed. His staff is helpful, professional. I would highly recommend this medical facility.

The staff and doctor are very trustworthy, the team has many years of real world experience to rely on to understand the best treatment plan based on individuals unique needs. Nicole Palm is wonderful. Front desk is awesome. Unfortunately now due to insurance change, UHC ADVANTAGE I have to go back to the Doctor I left to come here.

I can't rate this office highly enough. I see Nicole, and she diagnosed a chronic injury in five minutes that a whole team of neurologists missed. On top of being knowledgeable, she has an amazing bedside manner and the entire office is professional and efficient. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time, and they've never messed up my billing.
