2 months agoIncorrect documentation, failure to complete an exam due to patient defects, yet everything was "normal" . ..90 minute EEG completed in under an hour....incompetent Edit to say this is for Notre Dame Pavillion Providers

10 months agoWould like to share our experience so others don’t run into the same problem. Our son has a skin condition and needs a topical medication. We asked the pharmacy to push through a prescription refill a week ago, to save from bothering the practice since they are always busy. The pharmacy told us they were still awaiting approval, with no result we tried to call in to his physician for an immediate refill due to his skin worsening while waiting for the prescription. No one was able to get us help or in touch with an on call doctor or PA for approval “not an emergency” in their eye's. DH has a great history of making us make appointments for simple things that could be done over the phone to make money. After this we will be looking for a new pediatric practice for our kids.

a year agoAfter waiting for 5 months for an appointment for our son, we received a call from the office less than a week before the appointment saying that the "doctor wouldn't be there," no other explanation. They said they would need to reschedule, and that the earliest available they'd have is another 5 months from now! They were completely rude and apologetic.

a year agoWow (as in awful) We found out MRI was cancelled when we got to the office. Was told they left a message that morning but we were driving to the appointment at that time! Was told there were not enough machines. So let’s cancel the appointment for the person with a TBI. Great idea. I’m sure he will understand - with a TBI!! Completely incompetent. And they’re now booking MRI’s out to May and June (this is March). If we could give them minus 100 stars we would. Had to take a vacation day for this appointment. Thanks. The healthcare system in the USA sucks!!!!!!!!

a year agoIn September 2021 I scheduled my follow-up appointment to see my neurologist. The soonest appointment was on Feb 7, 2022. After waiting for months for this appointment this location did not allow me to wear my p100 respirator mask. They insisted I needed to wear their useless surgical masks. I offered to put theirs on top of mine. I was not allowed in and I felt very discriminated. When I asked to speak to a manager so I don't have to vent in public my medical concerns I was told someone would call me. I've called to ask about this and no one ever answered.Update: I received a callback and I was told I can come in with my p100 mask.
