a month agoA routine office visit costs upwards of $400. I came in as a new patient with an issue I had mostly figured out on my own, but wanted verification that I was on the right track. The care provider I saw agreed with my analysis and was super supportive. I left thinking that, despite how difficult it is to get an appointment with Park Nicollet, I'd definitely make this my new women's care provider because they were so helpful and supportive. Then I got the bill.$622.$622 to sit and talk about a mostly solved problem, and have a brief abdominal palpation. No equipment, no prescriptions, no exam. My old doctor would have charged less than a quarter of that.I don't know how you can possibly justify those prices.I'm leaving this review so that people can be forewarned of the pricing they'll be dealing with if they go here. This is so unacceptable.HealthPartners has a section on their website entitled "Cost of care at HealthPartners clinics" that can give you an idea of the pricing that you can expect out of them. I'd suggest taking a look before you consider booking an appointment here. Their pricing is completely, utterly absurd.

4 months agoDr Williams and everyone I have interacted with here including Susan and Heather and any other of her nurses and schedulers have been so kind and professional and patient.. they all have taken their time and listen… which does not go unnoticed. With healthcare these days and often understaffing and overbooking inevitable, here at Park Nicollet, I have yet to encounter a staff member who has been short or unprofessional in any manner, or made me feel like a burden. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and Park Nicollet Women’s Clinic OB/GYN services.

2 months agoFront desk people are horrible and should never be working with people. After being directed to the wrong OB suite, I was 13 minutes late and she said they have a 15 minute late policy. Fair, but I pointed out I had been misdirected at the info desk and that I was 13 minutes late, not 15 and she had the nerve to say close enough. Will never return or recommend. And to the dr office, you WILL continue to alienate clients unless you deal with the nasty, rude, and dismissive front desk ladys, and the one I dealt with was a darker haired old woman.

3 months agoNot sure why they make it so hard to just call back and follow up on questions you have. Instead they want you to schedule a follow up “office charge” visit for a minute conversation & questions. Just seems like an excuse to charge extra for a simple question before a procedure. Frustrating.

a year agoI have had two pregnancies here and have never received such uncaring and frustrating patient care. They will make you wait half an hour to see a doctor, but if you are 4 minutes late they cancel your appointment. Staff at the front desk is unfriendly and appointments with a consistent provider are impossible to get. My second pregnancy, I did not see the same provider more than once or twice even being high risk.If you try to give birth there, the hospital is nearly always full and you will be diverted elsewhere (even with a planned induction).
