So far so good! Just did a transfer to here from another place that was closing, and it took about two and a half hours (probably would have been even less, were it not for my old place taking so long to send my paperwork!) for intake. Receptionist was friendly and pleasant, the nursing supervisor was great as well. I haven't met the counselors so I can't speak to them, but dosing was quick and efficient. It appears they do tend to nickle and dime, however they take insurance. Convenient location and parking, easy to find and access. UPDATE: THEY TAKE MEDICAID, HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT RUN IT THROUGH UNTIL YOU HAVE A TWO HOUR MEETING WITH A WOMAN WHO IS HARDLY EVER THERE AND COMMUNICATES VIA TEXT. BE PREPARED TO PAY CASH FOR MANY DAYS. THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT TOLD TO ME. I have a job and now have to figure out how to take two more hours off work or pay every day until I can. Apparently I need to do all the I information I do with my "counselor" with this woman just to get my insurance through. This is NOT how it works ANYWHERE else. Again, never told to me. Be prepared to pay not only on your first day.

I have been going here for a bit. The staff here really care and do everything they can to help us with coping skills. But the nurse Kim there is ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE starting my days talking to her for the time it takes me to dose.

Highly disrespectful, my son goes here and the experiences we have are disgusting. The ceo comes to work smelling like alcohol and sitting on his cellphone. Just saw online that he was arrested for Dui in cobb County, and now it makes sense. The counselors are crazy. You're better off at another treatment center or detoxing at home. They charge 15.75 instead of the regular 12. It's crazy, I've heard them screaming and yelling at clients. Never answered the phone. I will be reporting them to whoever I need to. Absolutely sad the way they treat people. I've never written a review before, but this was the worst experience of my life. Nurse Kim is the only good thing about this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I have to say in a almost a year never saw doctor saw counselor 3 time. The owners are obviously all about the money. They stick it to you every chance they get. Extremely unprofessional. Sad how they prey on people who really need help. If you’re serious about recovery please stay away from here.... They change closing time and if you’re late they’ll dose you but it’s an extra $15 plus regular dosing fees. Again all about the $$$ I will say the pretty young lady at the window and nurse Kim is the only thing good about this horrible place!!

This is an unethical place for people to go to for a recovery. They're about one thing only and that is money. They wanted to deny me medical care because of miss doses in the past. They charged me $150 extra over the intake fee just to try to run me off because he simply did not want to deal with me. He said in 60 days time he would refund that money within this two Collins because of my mom's kidney failure and going to the ER he would not credit the account of the money that I already have in his account of $150 to pay for those doses. Nor have I seen any kind of counseling in the two months that I've been there have I been supervised by anybody it's just pay your money go in there and dose and get out. It is nothing but a legalized drug center for people to go get their drugs and leave. I do not understand why there is people in methadone clinics well up into their 50s 60s and 70s can barely walk or do anything The methadone program is supposed to be a short-term program and not a lifelong program. Mr Quentin is abusing this as a cash cow business. He simply did not want to deal with me because we butted heads in the past because I don't with his practices and I am not afraid to tell him so. He won't even take the call he'll hang up on you he won't give you the consideration. This is the very first beginning in the process Mr Quinn of me reviewing your company and it starts here on Google views and it's going to go everywhere it can. You did a simply wrong thing by screwing us over in the first we can charge $150 extra you put us in such a tight bind for those two weeks you have no idea because we didn't come consistent enough in the past well that's not your business buddy your business is to treat me when I show up not when I'm out in the real world not dealing with you that's not your business when I come to you for a treatment you as a provider or require to provide that treatment with my money and insurance paying for it point blank..
