Adelante Healthcare

Adelante Healthcare has become increasingly inefficient. I have been a patient since 2019 and previously had no issues. However, I am now experiencing problem after problem due to the staff's inability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The PA consistently sends prescriptions late or not at all, and I receive excuses throughout the week. This is not an isolated incident, as it has occurred multiple times. Notably, this medication is crucial for my well-being, yet the staff seems unconcerned.

Horrible customer service. I was given so much push back on trying to schedule an appointment. It's been years since I've had a check up. I had a different address at the time and could not remember it. The girls said she couldn't schedule me without it. I asked if there was another way of verification. She said no and to call back when I remember it. Ugh! I found another office that is happy to take me as a new patient.

Dentist Mid 20s Hispanic front desk receptionist has a sarcastic rude attitude for no apparent reason. Never was rude was just asking questions in a polite manner. Did not feel welcomed whatsoever. Medical desk n staff is great, would not recommend going to the dentist front desk nor do I recommend asking questions unless u want to be disrespected with potential sarcastic attitude n hostile behavior. Not professional uncalled for! It’s a shame I’ve been forced to go to a different company and can’t do my medical and dental in one place. I will not tolerate disrespect so I will happily waste more time and gas with a different company for dental.

From the beginning we have had problems with Adelante Healthcare from waiting a week to get a prenatal prescription because they kept sending it to the wrong location, to having to do bloodwork twice due to them ordering the wrong bloodwork to get done this place has just been a headache, We had a ultrasound to determine how far along my wife was which was 10 weeks and that was it, at this point we know little to nothing about our baby, we also went it to get an anatomy scan, sat there, waited, and then some lady popped up and said “hey I need to talk to you guys” then told us to give her a sec, just for her to tell the receptionist to tell us that she wasn’t going to be able to see us and do our anatomy scan cause my wife was sick, even though we went and got her checked and she was tested negative for Covid, we also asked multiple time before we went if it was still ok for us to come, and they said yes it’s fine, just for us to get rescheduled, and then we get rescheduled again because it was New Year’s Eve and the tech had a “Family Emergency” we haven’t had the proper ultrasound and we’re getting close to not getting our anatomy scan done in time, at this point we have found a new obgyn, we let her know of our experience and she also agreed that it was all unprofessional. Don’t come here

Im not coming back here ever. My kids have used the pediatrician Dr. Underwood and Dr. Ansari for the last 12 years. This kast year is unexcusable first dr underwood gave my 6m old abuterol in office for breathing problems due to rsv that ended up having him to be admitted to hospital from his heart getting to fast from the medication. Last Dr ansaris nurses just gave my son his vacines the first i refused he was shaking uncontrollably then the second comes in and as she sticks tge needle in starts shaking to ...for all 5 shots on a 8m old. No do better im.done.
