If I could give this place zero stars, it definitely would’ve got that this is the second Wednesday in a row. I have been scheduled for a physical for a job that I’m supposed to be starting and because of them it is prolonging the start date if my orientation and my job! my application got suspended because of them. Now I have to go do the entire interview all over again, please make it make sense, why you would schedule an appointment for somebody on a day that you guys are closed? and not to mention last week the day before Thanksgiving they had called me and canceled my appointment stating that they had an emergency. I’ve never ever heard of an urgent care closing a day early due to an emergency. Do better.
I give this clinic 5 stars because of my experience with them on Saturday, Dec 14th of this year. I went in for a pre-employment drug test and was out in less than an hour. The lady tester there, Fabiola, was very nice and comforting. I normally dread when I have to do these, but they made me feel at ease and the whole thing went smoothly on the first try. I will try to come here every time I need to drug test. Thanks again!
I have been here multiple times for my children and every time we come, the woman behind the front desk Fabiola is amazing. She makes the visit so much better. The doctor is always nice but she makes the visit 5 stars!
This place is completely unprofessional giving them a 1 star is quite gracious of me actually. I scheduled an appointment for today at 9:15am and received a confirmation text. The Middleton Location is supposed to be open at 8AM as said on the door, website and even when I scheduled the appointment. I arrived to the Health Plus Urgent Care Middleton at 9 and the building was closed. I stayed until 9:30 along with other waiting patients in the parking lot until 9:30 and it never opened. I tried calling the location and company and no luck.
It was my first time visiting this facility and I am so pleased with the experience. I was a walk-in appointment and even though there were three other patients that had appointments around the time that I arrived, I barely had to wait before being taken in. The staff was incredibly kind and caring; they really made my experience so much more comfortable when I was visiting for an issue that had me very concerned. Not only were the staff considerate of the physical ailment that I was dealing with, but they were also tremendously kind about my mental wellbeing surrounding the issue. I wish that I had more experiences like this in medical facilities; I would absolutely come back to this urgent care if needed. Thank you to the staff for making what could have been a very stressful experience as comforting as it was!
