My wife recommended that I come here for PT for a total knee replacement after she had a great experience for her hip replacement. John is a master of his art and he truly cares about your well-being and progress. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean and up to date. Gina is very helpful spearheading the front office. She’ll always try to accommodate you to find a suitable time for you and always has a smile (behind the mask). Everyone is cheerful and it creates a great atmosphere for helping you reach your goals. I look forward to coming in every week because I know I’ll be in a much better place by the week’s end.

Buyer Beware. Billing for this company is a complete nightmare!! Each visit you are charged a co-pay. Which is expected. Two weeks after my Physical Therapy appointments ended I received a large bill for an amount that was never once brought to my attention during 7 weeks of treatment. So of course I called the billing department. I spoke with a nasty representative who insulated me and continued to blame their short comings on me. Make sure you get all the details upfront. If they tell you one price ask if that is the correct price. Question everything. I have 14 charges on my Credit Card and now am being told a month after completion that I still owe a large bill. It's a shame that the companies billing is a total disaster. The Physical Therapist in the Middletown, NJ location were top notch.

I have been going to Ivy for 3 weeks now, for rehab after a knee replacement. My knee is improving with every session and it's all due to the great physical therapists at Ivy. Richa, Helene, Amanda and all of the staff are friendly, helpful, encouraging and very knowledgeable. I would pick Ivy again if I ever need PT help.

The staff here is AMAZING! They are genuinely concerned about your well-being! From the moment you open the front door, they are ready to make you feel at ease. If I could give 6 stars, I would! I'd break my arm to get back there! Lol
