The physical therapists are excellent. However this facility's staff caters to abusive individuals who make fraudulent complaints. Well behaved Service Dogs belonging to veterans are not allowed at this facility. They will state that they are. But any excuse to make a complaint about the dog is made. Just another patient complaining about a dog being present secondary to their dog phobia is enough to get a phone call telling one not to bring the dog, I argued and then was told I had to keep my dog with me and under control, which I had always already done. This was simply harassment. I went elsewhere after the appointment where people told me that I have the calmest, most well behaved dog they had ever seen. I previously had a woman stop me as I was leaving this Middlesex Outpatient facilty who wanted me to come sit by her. She liked my dog. She asked me all about thyroid issues and what brand medication I take. Next thing I know my thyroid medication was stolen and I get a call that I am not allowed to bring my service dog anymore because someone complained. I had seen this lady having a lengthy conversation with the security guard after she said she had to go. This is the same security guard who had previously harassed me about my dog. This facility certainly has surveillance and can easily view my dog being calm, well behaved, always close to me, and under my control. Some people call this type of harassment organized gang stalking of someone that is labeled a targeted individual. This is a very evil and destructive practice that has allegedly destroyed many innocent people. Both therapists I saw at this facility were excellent therapists who loved my dog. The first therapist left and the second therapist is leaving. I wish them all the best in their future employment. I will NOT be returning for treatment in objection to the fraudulent complaints made about my dog and related harassment. My dog deserves more respect!I encourage veterans to go elsewhere. I once had a friend say to me that "everyone always talks about how we ought support veterans, but no one does anything to help you". Certainly there are many kind and good people. Awareness of the evil being done to some veterans, and others, is definitely needed in our society in order to create a safe , harmonious society for everyone.

The care was OK, but their billing is very high. You can expect $350 per hour. I would go elsewhere if possible.
