In my over 70 years of dental visits (I am 81 yrs old), I have never been treated so nicely and with such respect. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, organized and helpful; I can see this filters down from Dr. Furman. She spoke to me as an equal and explained everything she was doing along the way.....the dental assistant did the same. Their practice name reflects who they are and how they all approach patients, from the office staff to Dr. Furman herself. The latest in equipment is used providing a clear and concise picture of my dental health. I will highly recommend this practice to anyone for their dental care.

I have finally found my dentist! After going to Gentle Dental and receiving sub-par dental work and big prices, I have found my dentist! I recommend All Smiles Family Dentistry. The worst customer service I have experienced ever in a dentist office!! This is referring to the Mill Creek office. First of all the girl in the front office insisted on me re-scheduling my next appointment even though I told her my week was very busy. Finally, we agreed that i could set a tentative appointment. She calls me 68 hours before my appointment rudely saying I would be charged for missing my appointment (their cancellation policy 72 hours before appointment). My husband and I are repeat customers for over two years, you would think she would be more courteous and understanding, instead she was confrontational and rude. It’s clear that this office is only about making money and not about serving the clients! There was no apology from the doctor on how we were treated. I’m glad to move on with a more caring dentist.

I have been coming here for the past two years for exam and cleaning. So far the experience is good. Front desk , doctor and her staff are friendly. They hear to our concerns and answer patiently. So far happy with the visits.
