We waited weeks for an appointment only for it to be rescheduled for a later date due to a change in providers. The lady calling to reschedule was nice, but she didn't tell me the name of the new provider. When I called right back, I waited for over 10 minutes to speak to someone but no one ever came to the line. Why is it so hard to get a person? That's a bad look, especially for a mental health facility.

If you like to wait over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone this place is for you.4th time this has happened. Thank God they don't deal with mentally unfit people.... Staff is awesome though

Dr Packard, Kevon, and Lorita have gone above and beyond expectations. I've had a hatred for psychiatrists but the way Lorita, Kevon, and Dr Packard work as a team is incredible. They always get back to me very quickly. Dr Packard listens to you before he gives his input. They have given me so much support during one of the lowest and scariest points in my life.I had an issue with another psychiatrist there and that's probably the reason for the low rating. I transferred to Dr Packard. His team is the only reason for my 5 stars.

I was frustrated at first trying to contact someone but was worth the wait. They will get back to you and I enjoy my psychiatrist.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the poor comments here. But am glad to see that I'm not the only one. My mom loves the location in Century and highly recommended Lakeview but this location on Avalon is not good. I went there for help with my issues and they act like I'm asking for narcotic drugs just because I need a medication to help with my symptoms. All they wanted to do was refill the meds my previous doctor had given me but lower the dose. I don't and wouldnt take any addictive or narcotic medications and have never asked for any. They definitely dont make you feel heard or cared for. They make you feel like you're begging for someone to care about your mental health but they just can't be bothered. I'm assuming they must get a lot of people seeking narcotic medications because if that's not the case then they really just don't care about people. I will definitely not be returning.
