Nurse Sue and Dr. Emily made a very uncomfortable situation incredibly easy and relaxing. I felt so safe in their hands and like they truly cared. Thank you Sue and Emily!

I have felt every section of The Hennepin Burn Center to be top notch, EXCEPT for their billing department. They do not answer phones call or return phone calls, they vaguely respond to messages within the patient portal, they delete messages, it's truly like pulling teeth. I've been going in circles with them for well over a month. I've requested a statement, a list of denied claims, which insurance they are billing, since I have two, and it's just another vague response that provides absolutely no usedful information.

I am currently receiving daily outpatient treatment for wounds sustained in a bike accident. Because of the pain and my limited range of movement, I can't treat my own wounds. I went to 3 providers for treatment before i got referred to the burn clinic. I was shocked to realize the difference that quality wound care makes. I dont know what I'd have done without their expertise. I think they are the best in the world at what they do. 1,000 stars! If you have serious wounds and require inpatient or outpatient treatment, call these people!

After a night partying, I slept beside my door to my apartment and received stage three frostbite on my hands my fingers and my rear end. I had to have four fingers amputated and surgery on my Rear ended twice. I don’t know if I could’ve gotten through it without the help of the burn team. Not just physically but mentally and spiritually. There were nurses aids at my every beck and call with great attitudes. The nurses were fantastic, and the surgeons precise.I absolutely love the burn unit at HCMC. I would’ve given them as many stars as I could.

After visiting this clinic many times I've received great care & the hope for a future in good health is soon to come. Also WEAR A MASK!
