The receptionist are EXTREMELY rude and majority of the staff that I have encountered has this very lackadaisical energy. I understand the nature of the work however, people like me go to these types of clinic to mitigate the damage of the western world’s medical field. So when I show up here, I don’t expect to have the same type of experiences that I’ve had. DO BETTER!
The clinic is good, I'd rather come here then Indian health board. The dentist is different im a little upset with the service i had my teeth cleaned today, i didn't get no numbing for that, and the water soaked me, but thanks anyway for cleaning my teeth.
I see folks complain about the lack of access to pain meds. The Native community has suffered so much at the hands of addiction and it's not surprising they don't want to deal with a bunch of pill speakers. More and more Dr's are recommending patients to pain management rather than prescribing narcotics. If your pain is bad enough you need bar optics go to the ER not a community clinic. Good luck getting narcotics in the ER though because they hardly prescribe them either since so many pill poppers were using multiple ER's to get multiple scripts. Makes me wonder why the reviews was so set on narcotics and why they wouldn't be open to a pain management referral as they use medication as well as other methods to help with pain.
I had some issues with the staff there I will be transferring my medical stuff to another place soon. I won't be going back there for any other appointments
