My wife and went to Dr Doan at least 6 times to do cleaning services. The prices are reasonable and customer services are really good. There is one occasion when my insurance expired because I forgot to pay the bill and Dr Doan offered to waive most of the fees for the appointment. Sometimes she even offered whitening teeth service for free after cleaning them. I'm not sure the reason why other user had bad experience with Dr Doan but it doesn't make sense because she's very nice whenever i come for my appointments.

Yes I do have the correct dentistry. Maybe I got the term wrong and it’s porcelain crown and not veneer. Regardless, tracey doan recommend to have my teeth shaved down and put on a crown. I have a receipt from your shady establishment so please don’t tell me I got the wrong dentistry.

I don’t have time to write reviews and this is my first negative review for a business and felt like I needed to caution people about this place so I took the time to write one.
Avoid this place at all cost. Dr doan a better salesman than a dentist. Will recommend you do veneers and then I received a second opinion from a different dentist who advised that would have been a terrible decisions. At another dentist I was able to get 2-3 cleanings per year and I would go to a dentist on a regular basis. Went to Dr doan once for a cleaning and the second time they told me to come back for a cleaning for they advised I would have to pay as the units allowed by my insurance were all used up. Terrible service, awful advice and worst dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Only reason I went there was it’s closer to me now than my old dentist. Would not recommend anyone to use this dentistry. Dr doan does not care about patients just getting the most money out of them or their insurance as possible.
