CLSC de Parc-Extension

I'm grateful I only had to do a blood test and didn't have to stay longer than 30mins. The entire place is quite ghetto... the receptionist at one of the cubicles had this rap music playing so loud, I couldn't even hear what she was telling me - I couldn't believe it, just unprofessional. Had to question myself if I was at a health clinic or at a club trying to get a coat check. Management really needs to check the front desk folks, it's unbelievable.

The receptionist talked very politely and the doctor also very good at giving information on the things what I have asked.

It’s a good clsc but just forget about getting an appointment there . I called two times in a row for my son appointment and they leave on hold . The third time I showed up on site and the receptionist lady didn’t even listen to me and said no more appointments available for the day . She asked me to leave . I called back and get no appointments available. It’s useless to call them they don’t pick up . It used to be a good clsc in the past

No clear way to get to second floor. The door from the stairwell doesn't work and the elevator doesn't go above the first floor

5 years ago i went there with shingles in the beginning.. The nurse or prepose , starts telling that the mark i had its a bedbug bite, stops questioning start download pictures with bugs. I am denying it, saying what i feel but i see signs say bed bugs and the doctors, that are coming, keep a distance. They believe me i get a medicine 10 says after i am there feeling fine. The same nurse asks everything now being very profesional. Since then the doctors i saw were very professional informative helpful. Same with registered nurses trying everything to help you going above and beyond polite all of them apart maybe from a girl , a recent incident, which was young probably a rookie anxious slow with the phone beeping all the time. There will be tired young old guys and we will have complaints but they are doing the best they can. Thank you.
