a week agoWe had to get 3 injections for our son. The staff were super friendly, helpful and on time for all three of them. Special thank you to Elena for your help throughout

a year agoHad an appointment for my baby’s vaccination. Everything was smooth from parking to receptionist to the clinician who administered the vaccine. She was quick and efficient but at the same time was gentle, friendly and polite. She gave us all the information that was needed and answered all our queries kindly.

a year agoWorse service ever. Forgot my blood test paper, receptionist said no problem I could email it to her. After waiting 30 minutes I had to ask myself if she received and printed it, told me I had to wait another 20 mins for the other receptionist to return from her break in order to print as she has the access only. Do not waste your time here will not recommend. Very slow and poor communication.

7 years agoYou can not see a doctor without a referral from a family doctor. The reception area is small and the receptionist is a little rude. She replied to me with minimal information and short sentences, i don't think she cared. She directed us to a nearby clinic that doesn't open on sundays and that will be full at 8 AM and stops receiving patients. I thought the service will be better.
