5 years agoThe staff is excellent considering we speak cantonese & my dad speaks very limited English. My dad is a difficult client, to say the least. It may have taken 6 weeks but he has adjusted, is relatively happy, & for him, he actually likes most of the staff! Sept 20, 2019 update. My dad passed his last day here. I can honestly say that he was very well taken care.

4 years agoIt's old, looks depressing. The staff is nice. However keeping dirty laundry in the hallway making the whole floor smell like dirty diapers. I can't under stand that.

a year agoPlace to avoid. In this place we left the elders without eating or drinking during covid. Several deaths from lack of hydration. Staff who are on the phone, instead of working.
