The staff are wholly targeted to healing the patient and even though their schedule is busy (you can feel it), they still commit to deliver their 100% to each and every patient. James is absolutely incredible. I had chronic neck pain due to a ligament issue for as long as I remember. After only a few sessions, the pain is completely gone! He also corrected any misinformation I had received from coaches, YouTube, and so on. Overall, he is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. Highly recommend!

I suffered with bilateral Trochanteric bursitis for 3 years and endured 3 cortisone infiltrations in each hip with no relief from the pain. My doctor finally referred me to Hugo Rioux and after 7 visits with him and following the exercises he gave me, I am pleased to say that I am pain free! James is an excellent physiotherapist! He is very friendly, attentive and proactive. More importantly, he has a lot of knowledge and experience and comes with solutions and techniques for every issue. I've had several knee injuries due to contact sports and have been to several physios, but James is on the top of the list. Highly recommend him for all your physio/rehabilitation needs.

The best physios you will find in a long time.I've seen both Hugo and James, and they're nothing short of phenomenal. I've referred at least 3 other family members and a few friends so far, and everyone has always been extremely happy with their treatment and results.They're kind, helpful, and take pride in their craft. They take the time you need in not only restoring you back to health, but also in educating you towards maintaining those results in the long run.I never leave comments or reviews, but these guys deserve all the praise they can get. Beyond being double jointed, having chronic migraines and back pain, and a few other issues, these two physios have restored my sanity and lessened my pain more than once!
