I can't say enough. Changed my life. Finally got my proper diagnose- thank you doctors.The care givers in Serenity- Yaya, Michelle, Mary, Dauphine, Kaylah!! Therapists: Antonio, Sandra and Annie! Lindsey, Emily! Super clean- Beverly! Nurses- Sue, Hayleh, Ro...all are angels.The caregivers are what makes the facility. Limited outside items, but ended up liking the lack of full time media.The community of awesome patients makes everything come together.

Oh where to start. I guess with the number of doctors overseeing my case since they are “on rotation.” I was unable to properly get a game plan together for myself because they had 6 different doctors or PAs recommending a variety of treatments for me. The treatments included feeding me a plethora of medications that did not make sense in treating me for my illnesses. The treatments included giving me gabapentin (a nerve pain blocker) when I in fact did not have nerve pain. They wanted to dope me up to make me complacent. Avoid this place at all costs. The nursing staff is caring but they do all they can with the incompetent management that oversees the operation with their eyes on profit only, not to help people.

A better experience than most wards I've been to. Some of the people who run groups are absolute quacks. They say so many promising things in their stack of papers they give you, but none of that ever happens. Serenity is a nice unit but some of the nurses are full of themselves and need more training. As do some of the cafeteria staff

This is a terrible place to bring your family members. There is no communication unless there are complaints about communication then you’ll get a call from a case manager maybe they’re not listening to patients other patients are assaulting one another and nothing is being done. Please do not take your loved one to this place. It is not a good place and somebody that needs mental health help this is the last place for them to go my husband has been getting worse since he has been in there and nobody has called me for me to tell them that he is not doing well when I placed a call into them to tell them that he is not OK they told me that I didn’t know my husband who might have been married to for over 20 years and have 10 children with. They told me that I didn’t know him as well as I thought I did and by the way, he’s only been in the facility for four days so I guess they know him better very unsafe unproductive place to take your family member to

Waiting to pick up someone is horrible, no one knows you when you sit in a waiting room.
