Irene Diane Lucas, MD

Dr. Lucas and her staff has always been kind, considerate, and professional. Dr. Lucas ALWAYS makes sure your health concerns are addressed and will refer you to a specialist if need be. My husband and I have had her as our primary care doctor for 18 years and couldn't be in better hands.

Dr. Lucas cares only for covering herself with unnecessary testing that either A. Has already been done, or B. She herself knows is unnecessary. Her staff has been rude and unfriendly for many years, and only worsened over time. She has made very upsetting and accusatory phone calls, and has lost and forgotten records. I’d highly recommend going to quite literally any other primary care physician you can find. My advice to the doctor and her staff would be to show her patients some basic respect and kindness to loyal patients.

Dr. Lucas has been one of the only doctors who has taken the time to figure out what was wrong with me. She truly cares about her patients. That being said her staff is even better than she is. They are all pleasant and accommodating

During a pandemic you expect your doctor to be there for you. She was not. As a person she is nice enough, and her office staff was always respectful and pleasant during my visits but… Convenience is not always quality.
