They messed up what they sent to my insurance and after calling 6+ different times they never fixed it. Now I have to pay out of pocket what my insurance would have covered if they just refilled it correctly. Very sad and disappointed with the lack of care. I get they are busy thats why over the course of 3 MONTHS I kept calling to check up.

The best experience I've ever had at a doctors office. The staff was so kind and professional and really listens and wants to help.

My first visit when I came to the office and met Dr. Jalbert he seemed very kinda and knowledgeable in his field of study. I immediately had bloodwork and thorough X-rays done that very day. I gotta a call from the receptionist about a week or two later stating I was positive for tuberculosis and I would need to come get an order to get a chest X-ray done. So I did as asked. With me being worried and panicking that I may have this horrible disease and contagious and might have given it to my husband or children. The very next day I called back for results and receptionist stated my X-ray was ok and Dr. jalebert would discuss whatever steps needed at my follow up in the next week or two. I was unable to make the appointment because I stay sick a lot. I have good and then I have bad days. I do take the blame for not calling and canceling or rescheduling appointment which I did do that following Monday. My appointment was scheduled for a Thursday of the same week I called. On that Thursday I still felt bad and laid down for a quick Cat nap before my appointment. Needless to say I woke up later than I needed to and had 20 minutes until my appointment. I got dressed as fast as I could and ran out the door and rushed towards the dr ask quickly as I good. On my way to Dr. Jalberts office I did call and tell them I was so sorry and I’d be there in 5 minutes. The receptionist put me on hold and said she had to consult with Dr. Jalbert. Receptionist came back to the phone and stated because I’d missed 3 appointments without a 24 hour notice he basically had to dismiss me as a patient. I was a few minutes late my first visit due to having trouble finding the office. I only missed one appointment and was gonna be 15 minutes late to me second appointment but I was courteous enough to call and tell them I was so sorry and was fixing to be there. I asked for my test results on paper because I have been waiting and worried about my results. Dr Jalbert came to the receptionist window when he heard I was talking loudly. I was crying and begging her to please see me. That I hurt and feel so bad and was so thankful to be getting help and wanted my quality of life back to please just have some compassion. Dr. Jalbert coldly stated that I’d had 3 no show no call appointments and that’s was their policy. I only no showed one appointment. I would have expected at least enough compassion to start my treatment for my tuberculosis and go over all the tests that were done before dismissing me for one missed appointment but was told I did it with 3. So now I have my test results that I cant read what’s wrong with me and what’s not. I have tuberculosis that is inactive right now but without treatment can turn active at anytime. I would really have expected a little bit of understanding and compassion from someone who’s job is to cure and diagnosis people’s illnesses so their quality of life can improve and Especially a little bending so I could start treatment for the tuberculosis instead of throwing me out like a wet dish rag for 1 no show no call appointment but tried to be convinced it was 3. It is very difficult when you are sick and have different illnesses to even get out of bed sometimes. It’s horrible some days to wanna be alive. So I’m sorry I felt bad 1 day and didn’t call not 3 and I was very considerate when I was running a little late to call and felt horrible for missing the one appointment. It’s miserable living chronic conditions and it’s even harder when you reach out for help and doctors turn their back on you. It makes you feel hopeless. All doctors seem to care about it is quantity not quality now and it’s frustrating. So now I’m back at square one looking for a specialist to help me while I toy around with untreated tuberculosis that could at anytime turn active and I’m not as much concerned for myself as I am passing it along to my loved ones. I may be wrong but with my test finding a little exception could have been considered. I don’t know where to begin to find a specialist to give compassionate help and treatment now.
