Dave and his staff are truly excellent at what they do. Fast, effective, friendly and highly skilled, all the way from scheduling and reminders to the dental work itself. By far, consistently the best dental experience I’ve had.
I have been to good dentists, but this has been the best dentist experience I have ever had! They are so thorough and professional and used the latest technology to enhance the quality of the work and the comfort for the patient. Dr. Alfaro immediately found a solution to a problem I have had for years - he even suggested two solutions so I could choose between them based on my situation and economy. And, as a bonus, the whole team were friendly, informative and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable. I am so grateful to have found such a good clinic!
Reeka was great! But once this new dentist took over it went downhill. Tends to push his own beliefs down your throat. Doesn't charge insurance directly, instead you pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. Just go to any other dentist in Nelson if you need work done.
