3 months agoVery lazy staff would not come help you to restroom or get out of bed took. forever to get anyone with call like lazy staff place was dirty and no worries about anything going on within. No supervision. Everyone playing on phones not interested in patient care. I won't take my animals there much less my love one. you would be better off just leaving them at home with a home care.they would be happier and receive better care.

6 months agoI was there yesterday visiting my son’s great aunt and it was clean and the aides and nurses were very friendly. Even the center executive director picked my 2 year old son up like he was her family. Her and the nursing home made me feel like I was family so I am glad that my sons aunt is here.

8 months agoI was just in there for about 4 months. Now the staff “ nurses aids and therapy nurses head nurses especially Mike Bree pat ” Were great. But higher management of the facility was terrible. Food was served. Cold missed treatments laundry was slow didn’t have more than one person to do the whole facility . My sheets changed unless I asked never at take a shower unless I was asked one resident voiced his opinion about confronted him in front of everybody. Social workers were OK facility falling apart didn’t have good enough maintenance. Keep stuff going. They don’t have enough maintenance people. I’m just glad I’m out.

11 months agoThis facility employs the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. The nursing department is full of superb nurses and STNAs who work very hard to ensure that the residents are taken care of and providing them not only with the physical care they require but also with the emotional support they may need. The therapists here are excellent and very knowledgeable. Just watching them work and seeing the patients regain their strength and mobility through their guidance is impressive! The nourishment provided to the residents is so carefully thought out and presented beautifully. The dietary director visits patients regarding their food preferences and truly takes pride in her work. The dining room itself is like a 5 star restaurant with beautiful table cloths, triangulary folded cloth napkins and festive table decorations. And lets not forget the activities department! Their gift of enriching these residents' lives is incredible. Never anywhere else have I observed this much consideration and care poured into the patients' daily activities. From holiday parties to birthday celebrations, bingo, auctions, resident council, all the beautiful seasonal decorations, the daily newspaper and everything in between this department brings so much joy to not just the residents but to all who visit this place. As a previous reviewer stated, every department here is wonderful! The camaraderie in this building is unmatched to most workplaces and I think the residents here feel this. It truly helps with the morale, especially when some of the patients are going through the hardest fight they have ever been through. I hope they know that they are truly loved and cared for. It's a joy to be able to serve them!
